1/4 Pork - restock for mid January 2026

Average of 35 pounds of pork products. A variety of cuts from smoked hams, tenderloins, ribs, roasts, ground pork, pork chops, and bacon. Farmer will try to accommodate minor adjustments to the order, example: spicy versus plain sausages, small versus large hams, etc. (Based off $7.50 per pound, 160 pounds average hang weight with 65% take home.)

Our heritage pork is from produced in the North Okanagan from our matriarch Yorkshire sow “Karen” and her tan-spotted mule-foot daughter “Speed Queen”, and black mule-foot daughter "Betty Bad Luck". Raised outdoors in pens where they can wallow in the mud the way a pig likes to, and fed garden treats and Okanagan apples our lean pork products have some outstanding taste. They are also offered a balanced diet of grasses, legumes, and grains.   

No antibiotics in our pork. No hormones or steroids.

• Each bundle of pork will contain: 
  • 1 leg roast 
  • 1 butt roast 
  • 1 pack of ribs 
  • 14 pork chops 
  • 2 packs of ground pork 
  • 1 pack of pork steaks 
  • 1 pack of farmer sausage
  • 1 pack of mennonite sausage 
  • 1 cured ham 
  • 7 packs of bacon
