Our heritage pork is from produced in the North Okanagan from our matriarch Yorkshire sow “Karen” and her tan-spotted mulefoot daughter “Speed Queen”. Raised outdoors in pens where they can wallow in the mud the way a pig likes to, and fed garden treats and Okanagan apples our lean pork products have some outstanding taste. They are also offered a balanced diet of grasses, legumes, and grains.   

No antibiotics in our pork. No hormones or steroids.
