Juicy, dark and rich in flavour, great for every dish. Our pasture raised chicken thighs are boneless, skinless, and perfect for slow roasts, soups, curries, or tacos. 

Pasture-raised poultry in the North Okanagan without antibiotics, steroids, GMO's or medicated feed. Plain natural goodness, the way it should be. Our poultry are given lots of space to roam with shelter, sunshine and fresh air, and fed locally grown organic grains as a supplement to their foraging diet.

  • A note from the farmer: Our poultry is extra lean and will cook faster than commercial meat. Make sure to keep a watch on it to avoid overcooking. Safe internal temperatures of 165°F or 74°C for poultry.
