Our duck eggs are X-Large, rich in favor, and ideal for scrambling or used in baking, especially pie's. The ducks get to spend their days under the maple tree's soaking up the sunshine or shade, heading over to the pool when it gets too hot out. They are great at foraging, but also are supplemented with organic, locally grown grains. 

Compared to chicken eggs, duck eggs are higher in fat, protein, choline and other essential nutrients. Duck eggs are superior at enhancing flavor and adding fluffiness to baking. 

Average egg weight: 43 grams.
