For someone who maybe doesn't have a lot of freezer space, wants to check if the value is worth the price, or someone who just wants a weekly box of pork products. Each bundle will contain a pack or two of pork chops, ground pork and bacon, along with a random assortment of a few of the following - ham, ribs, roasts, sausages, smokies, etc. 

Our heritage pork is from produced in the North Okanagan from our matriarch Yorkshire sow “Karen” and her tan-spotted mule-foot daughter “Speed Queen”, and black mule-foot daughter "Betty Bad Luck". Raised outdoors in pens where they can wallow in the mud the way a pig likes to, and fed garden treats and Okanagan apples our lean pork products have some outstanding taste. They are also offered a balanced diet of grasses, legumes, and grains.   

No antibiotics in our pork. No hormones or steroids.

 

  • Each bundle will contain a variety pack of:

    • Roasts (rib roast, leg roast, butt roast) 
    • ground pork 
    • ham
    • butt steaks
    • sausage (pepperoni, mennonite, garlic, italian, bratwurst, breakfast)
