Our poultry are given lots of space to roam with shelter, sunshine and fresh air, and supplemented with locally grown organic grains. This creates a superior protein source that will have everyone asking for more!

 

  • A note from the farmer: Our poultry is extra lean and will cook faster than commercial meat. Make sure to keep a watch on it to avoid overcooking. Safe internal temperatures of 165°F or 74°C for poultry.
