Bring home the flavor with family farm raised pork chops. 

Our heritage pork is raised in the North Okanagan from our matriarch Yorkshire sow “Karen” and her tan-spotted mulefoot daughter “Speed Queen", and black mule-foot daugher "Betty Bad Luck". Raised outdoors in pens where they can wallow in the mud the way a pig likes to, and fed garden treats and Okanagan apples our lean pork products have some outstanding taste. They are also offered a balanced diet of grasses, legumes, and grains. Taste the freedom and foraging in these pasture raised hogs! 

No antibiotics in our pork. No hormones or steroids.

 

2 pork chops per package. Average weight of 1.5 lbs. @14.60 per pound.
